      MRS. MARY A. DOW DIES AT VASSAR HOSPITAL

      Mrs. Mary Adeline Dow, well-known resident of Poughkeepsie, died at Vassar Hospital on Saturday night after a short illness.

      For many years she was employed, by man of the foremost families in the city. She leaves a son Clark L. Lewis, of New York City, and a daughter, Josephine Ungerathen, of 35 Montgomery Street. She also leaves two brothers and a sister. Charles L. and James E. Crum, and Mrs. Fred B. Seeley. [so now we have sister Sarah's Seeley husband's given name]

      The funeral will be held at the Eighmie Funeral parlors tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock.
