"Francois Fournier, a resident of Ste-Louise, and the son of the deceased Alexis Fournier and Marcelline Bernièr? (sic)"
Alexis died in January of 1874 in Ste-Louise (the home of Francois). The handwriting of this entry is not 100% clear and Marcelline's last name could be read as "Bernier" however, it must be a variation of Bernatchez (also seen spelled Berneche).
