The entry in the register reads burial on "deux Avril" (April 2nd), died two days before. This entry falls between a baptism on 27 February and a baptism on 5 March, leading me to believe the priest made an error in the recording of the name of the month. While Napoleon may have been buried in April, it is most likely he was buried in March.
