"Joseph Honore Alfred, son of Alfred Villeneuve, farmer and of Alma Samson, of this parish, died yesterday at the age of two months"
The age reported seems to be an entry error as this son was born in August of 1901. Perhaps the priest meant to write "douze" and not "deux".

Emma may also be known as "Alma" as this is how she signed her name.
