Both the actual Maine State Arcjoves and the Marriages of Ste-Rose-de-Lima church list the date of the marriage as Jan. 25 1897. The record of the marriage submitted by the clergyman shows the marriage date to be Jan. 20. This is believed to be an error on the part of the recorder based on the fact that marriage "intentions" were filed on Jan. 20 1897.
